- Cut broccoli into evenly sized florets.
- Toss with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
- Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes, shaking once halfway.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
Notes
For extra crunch, cook in batches. Optional finish: lemon juice or chili flakes.
