Broccoli with Garlic in the Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 head broccoli about 350 g florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste

  • Mixing Bowl

Method
 

  1. Cut broccoli into evenly sized florets.
  2. Toss with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
  4. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes, shaking once halfway.
  5. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.

Notes

For extra crunch, cook in batches. Optional finish: lemon juice or chili flakes.
